These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.reversedpr.com and the public relations and media placement services provided by Reversed PR (“we”, “us”). By booking or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide bespoke public relations services, including profiling, angle development, article writing and securing placements in online publications, as described in your proposal or order. The specific deliverables, outlet calibre band and timeline are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and lawful information in the questionnaire and any materials you send us.
• Make sure you have the rights to any images, logos or content you provide.
• Review drafts and respond to approval requests in a reasonable time. Delays on your side may extend timelines.

3. Editorial process

Publications keep final editorial control over their platforms. We review each article with you before it goes live. Some placements come through contributor or partner programmes, and the publication may label them that way. We never present a placement as something it is not.

4. Our guarantee and refunds

If a placement we have confirmed as guaranteed is not published as agreed, we will first offer a substitute placement at the same calibre or higher, subject to your approval. If no acceptable substitute is available, we will refund the amount paid for that placement in full. Refunds do not apply once an article has been published as approved, or where publication fails because of inaccurate information you supplied.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before work begins. Subscription services renew for each agreed period until cancelled in writing before the next billing date.

6. Timelines

Turnaround times on this website, such as “about two weeks”, are averages, not guarantees. Publication dates depend on each outlet's schedule.

7. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you may share and promote published articles freely. The publication owns the published article on its platform. We may reference completed, publicly available placements in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the editorial decisions, availability or ranking of third-party publications and search engines.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you book a service applies to that service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes fall under the courts of that jurisdiction.
